Thank you for visiting Desert Winds Employment Consultants and Training Institute. Our goal is to provide rehabilitation services through education and employment that will enable individuals with disabilities opportunities to enter or return to gainful employment and self-sufficiency.

Our service provision model is designed to strategically meet individuals at the level of need, hereby utilizing a wholesale approach. We have experienced great success in placing individuals in employment since 1991. We look forward to continued success and potential partnership in reducing the unemployment statistics in our country.
